Yes. The personalization studio shows your text on the product as you type, and asks you to confirm you have checked it before the item can be added to the cart. The preview is a visual guide to layout and wording rather than a photograph of the finished piece.
Spelling of names, the order of initials, dates, phone numbers on pet tags, and capitalization. Engraving is permanent and fade resistant, so the text is produced exactly as it appears in your preview - including any typing errors.
Most products take two lines - a name or main phrase, plus an optional second line for a date or short message. The number of characters that fit depends on the size of the item, so the studio limits each line as you type.
Every gift in the collection is designed to be engraved with your text, logo or artwork. Products described as double-sided - such as the round metal pendant, the military style dog tag and the credit card bottle opener - can carry a different message on each side.
It depends on the product and how detailed the design is. The Personalized Wooden Keychain, for example, lists a processing time of two to six hours depending on complexity.
Because each piece is engraved to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake. If the item has not yet been engraved we may be able to correct it.
Yes. Pens, coaster sets, keychains, dog tags and card openers can all be engraved with a company logo for corporate events, trade shows, employee gifts and giveaways. Get in touch with your artwork and quantities and we will come back to you.
