At Custom Laser Craft, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our personalized products. Because our items are custom-made specifically for you, our return policy is as follows:
Customized Items Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that have been personalized, engraved, or custom-ordered. We encourage you to double-check all spelling and customization details before placing your order.
Damages and Issues We want you to love your purchase! Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at blockbusterboerboels@gmail.com.
To evaluate the issue and make it right, we will require:

Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
Once we verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds If a refund is approved due to a damaged or defective item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges Since every item is custom-made to order, we do not offer general exchanges. We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
